Who’s Banjora?

Banjora is an aboriginal name that stands for ‘koala.’ I love the unique qualities that make up the culture of Australian natives and I want this blog to be dedicated to the aborigines who are fighting for their rights to be treated as equals in society. As an American, I feel that their history of repression shares many similarities with the Civil Rights Movement in the United States and I wish to be an advocate for those who are ‘down under’ and less fortunate than myself.
